Laura and myself also collaborated on making mobile sensory walls. They’re basically big MDF painted boxes, with wheels on, we painted them blue and bent some steel bar so we could hang various things. We hung reflective discs and filled them with plants. Our intention was to have them disrupt the space at the day care centre we’re working in. So they would fluidly be moved around the space toward people who would interact with them.

  1. they can be placed to make one long wall, to section off an area of the large space, configured to make a small room, or even wheeled into someones office to make a nice addition to their regular office furniture. They are whelley wheeley good!
